Completing my own CliftonStrengths assessment and receiving my feedback was a life-changing experience for me. It shaped the steps I took in my career and eventually led me to become the founder of StrengthsCompany where I could combine my business acumen with my passion for helping people through coaching. Debriefing and coaching sessions have become my greatest passion and inspiring people to be the best of who they are makes me happy.
Combining my natural talents with over 10.000 hours of practice, makes me a coach and consultant who deeply understands a person's outcome. That is why I believe I can show you how to use your potential to the max.
